Stared Questioning the Meaning of Life ?
Ever got so tired that you start questioning the meaning of life and find everybody irritating? When you're brimming with resentment , hate life ,
and are constantly venting , you really need to take a break from work or studies and just get some good sleep . Here's how : First , sleep in a cool , dark room .Also , gradually train your circadian rhythm . This means keeping the same sleeping schedule , even on weekends: go to bed at the same time each night and wake up at the same time. Now , here's a toughie : If you must drink coffee or tea , finish drinking it by 2 pm so most of the caffeine is out of your system before bed. If you do all of these things, you 'll feel so much more energetic and happier you won't believe it . You'll also be able to think more clearly and deal with difficult problems with ease .
