As I see the salvation for /farther:

- tipping, it exists and will always exist, so you should block the allowance for a certain period, this will guarantee that the price will not be dumped. 
100,000 = 1k allowance (for example). Everyone exchanges tips because there is a benefit from it. If we get a benefit for each new participant, we will do this more actively.

- make farther police to track farmer tipping; 

- STOP GIVING AWAY FARTHER. High % Breadth Ratio - rewards for this should be included in the payment, farther police will monitor this;

- High-quality group moderators, so that there is life in the main and people communicate with each other;
