question about the requirements

"Frames must have an onchain component that lives on Arbitrum One"

does this mean the Frame must write to Arbitrum? Or will Frames that read from Arbitrum count? 

Also, would a frame that enables users to swap tokens on Arbitrum qualify?

Finally, what is the submission deadline?
