Feature Friday: Reach more people with message requests!

If you message someone who doesn't follow you, it goes to their requests inbox (until they reply).

You're always in control of who can send you requests. By default, this is set to Recommended which includes: 

- Power badge users
- Verified apps (e.g. Supercast) 
- Hosts of channels you follow 

You can change this to none or everyone and mute specific accounts to prevent them from reaching you.

Message requests are live on mobile and coming soon to web.

You may have to restart your app a few times to get it to work.

any plans to segment based on channels or other filters?
