I'd love to use a bank with a modern security stack that required TOTP or Yubikey 2FA vs. phone confirmation to move money.

Coinbase could do this with USDC, but would require a long grind through getting all the fiat integrations.

Coinbase does support Yubikeys for authenticating sends off of the retail app
