I wouldn’t spend that much on it to be honest. Don’t get me wrong, I love what they’re doing here and I do buy records now that I’ve got a turntable once more. I’d perhaps buy something like Dark Side of the Moon for that price. Maybe.

One of the benefits of pair programming (or pairing on any technical task) is having another person ask you simple questions like: "Why did you just do that?" "Is there a shortcut for this?" "This part seems complicated. Can you explain what's happening?" It's really easy to get stuck in a routine working solo.
