Lean into what makes Farcaster different: that’s onchain UX through frames and wallet 2. Grow users: continue to iterate on invites and incentives like rewards (which are paid out onchain, helping #1) 3. Scale the protocol: make the protocol work for other apps that want to integrate, e.g. Base. There’s a bunch of work to do here, including Snapchain, Sign in with Farcaster, cheaper sign ups 4. Increase supply of content: understand pain points from people who produce content full-time / part-time and see if there’s a scalable way Farcaster can solve this.
