At @base we embrace Radical Kindness in our direct community communications, especially in the times of conflict.

(Radical Kindness may mean different things to different people, but this is a specific method I’ve developed over the years—drawing from years of community work, studies in mental health first aid, parenting, and some FBI hostage negotiation methods!)

this is interesting to me. I've not heard of any corporate promotion of radical kindness. I've heard about radical candor usage, but very interesting to me that you've focused on kindness. I mean, I believe you can be kind and candid.
