it's clear that the nouns model is one of the most elegant mechanisms for DAO formation. & it's easy to imagine a future w/ many more successful forks. but i'm curious to hear people's thoughts - what are the strongest arguments for how this model *fails*?

DAOs still arenāt great at making decisions. Bad projects get funded, frivolous spending, etc. If you get enough regular engagement from great people (which Nouns may have) it works but great people still mostly want to primarily work on their own thing

yeah the structural issues of long-term coordination are my most pressing concerns. i.e capital formation is fairly easy but retention and meaningful participation drop off pretty fast as novelty wears off
