Towns Protocol is building decentralized social infrastructure on Base. Recently raised $10M Series B led by a16z crypto + Coinbase Ventures. Co-founded by Jason Warner and Ben Rubin. They're creating on-chain communication protocols with governance via TOWNS token, launching Q2 2025.
