culture definitely also matters a lot and names are a big part of that. if you’re brand only out the gate then yes name matters sooner. though even then, vibe transcends name. no one ever succeeded because they picked a good name alone.

Think this varies if b2c, an internet native project, or b2b.

In the best cases, they've already figured out what works/makes money

Then why do startups go after the .com of their name after they become successful? And spend millions in the process too!

I’d argue they matter way more than people think, cuz if you land the good name first you don’t have to change it ever
