oh shit you’re right. maybe i’m confusing w/ desktop twitter. 

i would prefer if the tweet just showed up inline wherever i was composing it (in my feed, or in reply) and had the buttons on it there (a la twitter blue desktop i think?)

that's the case? we render the preview with the same component as the cast thread view?
