Hi guys I made Potato Patties with my Momās recipe In this thread, I'm gonna teach you how it's gonna be made and I have made it with a small change so that vegetarians can make it too It's pretty easy and some of the ingredients can be replaced with what you like most So let's read this thread together and please tell me what you think If you made it someday then let me know š I'd love to see it!

1. This pic shows some of the ingredients I'm gonna list the ingredients with their amount here Then I'm gonna share pictures while explaining the steps 3 fresh potatoes 1 average egg 3 small white onions 200 grams of topping cheese 1 small lemon 2 big green/red chilies 300-400 grams of any part of the chicken you like most without the bones Ā½ teaspoon Turmeric 70 grams of dried barberry 70 grams of wheat flour while frying 1 small carrot 1 average tomato 150 grams of vegetable oil For vegetarians: Instead of chicken you can use pinto beans No egg 3 teaspoon of tomato paste Now letās cook!!!

2. First you need to chop 3 onions and chilies and along with the chicken put them in a small pot with half of teaspoon salt and the Turmeric and drown it with water and put the pot on the stove/oven with a lid on so that the water completely dries, remember to stir the content every 10 mins so that it doesnāt stick and burn, it will need 2-2.5h at most When itās cooked, put it aside to cool off For vegetarians: You need to rinse the pinto beans and drown them in water for half an hour then they soak and you can cook them more easily So instead of the chicken, put the beans and tomato paste in the pot or even quicker, use a can of beans!!!! (Easy, eh?)

3. Now skin, wash and chop the potatoes and boil them with water and salt like you do it for making mashed potatoes, if they are fresh then they will cook perfectly in 20 mins with high heat You can mash the boiled potatoes however you like: with just a fork or as I do it š

5. While you mash, the chicken is cooler so you can use a meat grinder or a masher to soften them up a bit so that it can be combined with the rest of the ingredients:
