Hi,I haven't posted here for a while This is one of my Mom's recipes Idk what other languages call this dish but I think in English it's "stuffed Peppers" I made this in 1.5h time & I had to take pictures so this will be prepared in 75mins I'll be describing the steps in this thread with pictures I hope you enjoy it 😍

🧵 1👇 So almost all you need is in this picture Salt and pepper, Turmeric and any kind of seasoning you prefer I'll count the ingredients here 1 small carrot 1 small white onion 1 small red/purple onion 4 colourful sweet/bell peppers for 200 grams of ground mutton meat 12 cherry tomatoes 1 average lemon 20 grams of butter 40 grams of any kind of topping cheese 5 teaspoons of any kind of oil 70 grams of rice 20 white grapes 1 glass of hot water

🧵2👇 Here's what you need to do: Rinse the rice once, add a pinch of salt and put it in a little saucepan and fill it with water so that there's 1 inch of water on top of the rice, then put it on the stove with medium high heat, it'll be ready in 10 mins and you need a colander to rinse the cooked rice with cold water and let it aside

🧵3👇 In the meantime that rice is cooking, first chop 6 cherry tomatoes in 4 pieces and put them aside, then grate the white onion with the small part and fry it with 3 tsp oil and a pinch of salt and Turmeric or the seasoning of your choice for 5 mins then add all the mutton and stir for 7-10mins

🧵4👇 Then add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt and stair twice, and put a lid on the pan and let it be on the medium heat for 20mins and it's done so let it aside Remember to stir every 5 mins While the mutton is cooking, grate the carrot, and chop the grapes in half With 10 grams of butter put the grapes in a small pan and let it be on the high heat for 3-4mins Then add the grated carrots, add 2 tbsp of hot water and 6-7 drops of lemon juice and put the lid on for 8mins and it's done Remember to stir every 2mins so that it doesn't burn

🧵6👇 When everything is cooked and prepared hollow out the Peppers and fill them like the picture First 1tbsp of mutton, then 2.5 tbsp rice, then 1tbsp mutton again then some cheese

🧵7👇 I used long wooden bamboo toothpicks (used for Kebab) to make the peppers stable Put all 4 stuffed peppers in a medium pot (I broke the bamboos so that I can put a lid on the pot) Add the rest of the hot water and the rest of the lemon juice and put a lid on Let it be on medium heat for 30mins then it's done
