If you mean getting used to coffee by immune, I don't drink a thick liquid 
Never Espresso or double or anything 
I use a teaspoon for my mocha pot and sometimes add vanilla 
I mean others maybe drink a large thick one but mine altogether in a day is like just one Espresso or even less
It's well diluted like tea and it's light
