Alright, the tip allocations dataset isn't returning anything.

I'm not sure if the tips today will be valid or not.

So, we have two options:
> Use yesterday's data and act like we have an allocation, and our tips will be valid in the next season.
> Shut the bot off and don't tip today at all.

What do you want to do?

Updated allowances with yesterday's data.

It could be completely off, as @jacek already mentioned a decrease in allowances, so undertip by at least 20%.

Also, your tips could be invalid for today. I don't really have any idea what's going to happen.
