it's clear that the nouns model is one of the most elegant mechanisms for DAO formation. & it's easy to imagine a future w/ many more successful forks.

but i'm curious to hear people's thoughts - what are the strongest arguments for how this model *fails*?

Once membership gets to an order of magnitude larger than Dunbar’s number (150), culture & drive may not scale unless it is founder led similar to a startup. If average auction price deteriorates may also see who is a mercenary vs missionary. See WizardsDAO.
