Random shot into the dark purple void, but anyone have any travel recommendations for Milan / northern Italy?

Thanks to those who gave recommendations on northern Italy! Went a couple weeks ago, and the best parts were Cinque Terre (esp. Riomaggiore + hikes) and Lake Como (esp. Varenna and the boat rides). Like many, wouldn't recommend spending too much time in Milan, but seeing The Last Supper in person was cool.

Wasn’t terribly thrilled with Milan. But three hours south is Cinque Terre and chef’s kiss 🤌

If you have the chance to watch a match at San Siro its well worth it, although its an advantage to be interested in football, its still an amazing experience. Mad stadium, mad fans and mad entertainment

Avoid very touristy areas - too many street sellers trying to sell you a selfie stick. Try approaching the outskirts for a more authentic experience.
