Had two great calls today, one with @micah  & the other with @zkpawky.

Both addressed where communities congregate. 

Imagine if an original platform was built so we could replace discord & gain better features. 

Would you be mad if @thedoodles discord was read only?

It’s starting to click for me that having our own client built on @farcaster_xyz would be such an epic piece of infrastructure that we could build. 

I personally feel like a fat chunk of Inkubator funds would be well spent to kill discord and start a new wave… on-chain of course. 🫢

I think taking this path and putting funds to revolutionize how and where the community congregates would have a great roi (especially morale). 

What if you could mint a limited edition wearable on Flow from the feed without needing to leave where you scroll?

Getting a better understanding of what building on Farcaster can unlock is reassuring as we all can agree that discord has clear limitations.

I think we could use a new chapter and move on from the days of discord.
