1️⃣ The first layer is the physical, your skin and body as a whole
2️⃣ next we have the emotional layer. It is only a few cm outside of your physical
3️⃣ and then we have the spiritual layer a little further out, which connects you to your guides and the ethereal world.

All of them unique but incredibly important in balancing one’s energy. It also how we share our frequency with the world around us. 

How do you bring balance and alignment to your day to day?

Last year I began to learn about reiki,

That is what you see me practicing on my body. 
Self Reiki to kick off my morning. 

This also led me to learn about how so much illness can manifests in our physical that may actually be happening beyond the layers we know of.
