Just for fun, did another set of zurchers with a 35lb kb on the left side and a 53lb on the right side (because I’m short on plates) this is 273lbs Why? Because you need to be strong in any position your body can get into, not just the perfect positions

is there any difference between elbow-joint lifting vs lifting with your palms. i'm thinking your back might handle some stress in elbow-joint lifting but curious to know

There’s stress in all of the lifts, the type you’re going for is how I would think about the lifts
