I'll share a frame with instructions on how to participate, 
I'll collect wallet addresses from eligible people,
I'll create a whitelist with all these addresses,
I'll create an airdrop using @mintclub and set up a first-come-first-earn scheme by adding all the whitelisted addresses,
There will be 10 or 20 claimable positions depending on the outcome of the poll,
The fastest 10/20 people to claim will get the money.
