While Elon watches Europe sink and tries to shake them up, Europeans themselves continue to sink deeper into their regulatory madness, stifling any innovation. 

Today, we’ve reached a point where Nigeria, South Africa, and India lead in cryptocurrency ownership, while Europe and North America lag behind. (A good thing for the emancipation of emerging countries, an objective almost achieved 🔥)

Even on my scale, I have to review and comply with current regulations, as the state is unforgiving and heavily penalizes any breaches in terms of compliance and reporting. 

This is a major issue I face when introducing professionals to the sector. I warn them about the risks, but they don’t grasp the extent, and I fear the backlash could be severe. 

Between the flat tax, asset management on behalf of authors, the MiCA law, KYC requirements, warnings, and more, there are more ways to face fiscal audits that lead to bankruptcy than to hope for any profit. 

Such is the current situation in Europe.
