This ideology sparked defund the police. The internal systems and structures need reformation (e.g. stop paying for bad policing and making wild purchases). Police departments as a whole are under equipped and need more of the right kind of training. Key takeaway, take great care in defining the broken system

Yes they could make it a crime to create apps that display uncensored content, but apps could be developed and accessed anonymously. Only problem at that point is you lose social consensus aka trust.

Farcaster is the immutable permissionless protocol. They could demand censorship on Warpcast (app layer), but the protocol is censorship resistant, so not really anything they could do about it.
