Today was unfortunately not my day.

Was not expecting to beat my HM PB (01:35:32) but hoped to get close to it.

Finished the Berlin half marathon in 01:44:52.

Guess I got slower due to warm weather and dehydration.

Was a fun run nonetheless and despite the result felt strong through it!

1h45min is pretty good too! Time depends on so many factors. Both the body and the weather can affect us so much both in a positive and a negative direction!
