Yeah on the one hand, there is no need for Open to extend beyond what it can deliver with its current tools.  On the other hand, the digital collectibles part could be a great fit.  Travala (great web 2.5 travel app) cannot seem to get this part right...

True, but the basic infrastructure is there for probably 80%. Starting with collectibles should be easy. Tickets no problem at all. Easy in-and-out straight forward procedures for tourism attractions. @openticketing.eth handles that well imo.

So many opportunities! However, I can imagine it requires different kinds of tools which OPEN doesn't have readily available yet.
