Are the sepolia base transaction fees already cheaper because of the dencun upgrade?

The L1 upgrading to Dencun shouldn’t impact L2 fees significantly until we switch Base to blobs. We upgraded Base Goerli a few hours ago and will enable blobs there ASAP. Base Sepolia should be upgraded later this month 🫡
