I'm considering leaving and coming back as a new user. Seven months ago, I didn't receive a very warm welcome. I'm still struggling and have very few followers. It might be because I'm just not very likable, but it still makes one wonder. 😏

you're not alone. 

this app is really only built for ex coinbase employees and popular influencers. there's no visibility for smaller accounts and if you do start getting traction, all it takes is for one popular account to label you as spam and you're cooked for eternity. 

i'm trying to get back into X cause this app is pretty cringe and just ego patting influencers sucking influencer peen for clout.

if you look at the behavior, the "team" quite literally only promotes developers with clout and a community so that they can try to get that devs community to join. 

they use influencers to attract low level users which in turn creates a shitty user experience cause it's obvious that they're playing favorites and hand picking users to boost.

The last few weeks have left me with mixed feelings. I’m happy they are onboarding new users and being welcoming and supportive. However, this isn't the reality for many small accounts. It feels a bit insincere.
