Spent time today with jack in person for the first time in a long time and it was so nice

We always work best when we are closely in synch, as we grow need to prioritize making that happen. 

Building a company feels (a bit surprisingly to me) like it’s as much about the relationships as it is the product. For us juggling in house, contracters/part time, ecosystem, creator, trader, trader-who-is-vc relationships it’s *really* about the relationships 

And probably the #1 most important thing is that jack and I are moving in tandem, and then also that Bryce is onboard with us, that lily feels like she has agency to fuck up v4 in the good way, that our creators feel like we’ll keep showing up.
