it's clear that the nouns model is one of the most elegant mechanisms for DAO formation. & it's easy to imagine a future w/ many more successful forks.

but i'm curious to hear people's thoughts - what are the strongest arguments for how this model *fails*?

biggest personal concern for nouns:

committees trend toward middle-of-curve thinking and have historically been bad at funding exceptional projects

yeah this challenge compounds with scale as well. I think on a long-enough horizon every governance system inevitably tends toward inaction/conservatism. The race against value deprecation via dilution is a compelling counter, but unproven (so far!)
