vine should not come back, it already exists in the much evolved and improved form of TikTok 

the reason we love vine is bc it died a young death

argument for vine comeback is national security, not product

for sure, but this would only matter if the government banned tiktok right? I feel like if vine came back but tiktok stayed around, the impact would be marginal

idk, feels like every app now offers short-form looping video (tt, yt, ig, sc). back when it was a unique format, there was a cool culture on vine

I feel like trying to rebuild vine and integrate it into twitter could end up like fleets

I think Vine will come back and be close on product and there will be a vibrant new culture that emerges there. This will happen irrespective of TT ban imo
