1. Remember you are not going there to be evaluated but also to get your own sense of the place, the people and the vibe. Hope that sense of control helps.
2. It’s normal to feel nerves - the body is actually not good at telling the difference between excitement, anticipation and anxiety, so you have to reframe it for yourself.
