The thread is beautiful, shame it got patched so quickly.

There’s an opportunity for someone to replicate GitHub but add profile customization. Humans are simple. Once they realize they can make a product THEIRS, it’s a wrap.

Hah, they'll never do it! No one will, we're all *privileged* to use their service. Every service today has this mindset.

I hope they do add a feature like this eventually – it’s too good not to pass up!

(In a more controlled way that won’t freak out their paying customers whenever they see it, of course 😛)
