I've worked at plenty startups who had superior products and they've all failed. How great is having the best tech if the content creators are mid? Too many things have to be perfect and luck is a variable that most people discount. UX has got to be at the forefront too.

Depends on your strategy. Does it satisfy the thesis? What's success?Failure is wisdom. Was even really your passion to begin with? It's all theoretical and if you work at it your entire life until you die and your child continues what you built will you succeed?
