one of our guiding principles at @base is to Build in the Open — examples include our open source / open standards work on op-enclave and EIP-5792, our contributions to Ethereum L1 like EIP-4844 and blob/acc, and our sharing of the ongoing evolution of the Coinbase Wallet app.
