Okay so my Metamask has stopped working on Base. Have tried almost everything apart from uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I won't be doing that though. It seems like an old transaction that has gone through logs as incomplete and it doesn't allow me to make a new transaction.

Use Frame, Rabby or Rainbow. 95% of “problems with Ethereum UX” are actually just MetaMask.
