I’ve been working with a wide array of athletes for 10 years now. Overall, mma fighters have been the most respectful/kind clients of mine. (some exceptions, ofc.) It surprised me how much getting punched in the face for a living can humble even the world champs. Many ppl require a dose of that 🤷🏻♂️
