In a true DAO, every token holder typically has a say in major decisions. With Lil Nouns, the governance may not be as decentralized or as participatory as you might expect in a traditional DAO setup.

Lil Nouns' token allocation strategy, particularly for the founders, seems to be a bit problematic. From the start, founders—nowadays, more accurately singular as 'founder' since only one of the original four remains—control 10 percent of the tokens.

This concentration of voting power in the hands of just one individual naturally raises concerns about the balance and fairness within the DAO. Essentially, this lone figure wields a significant portion of the decision-making power, which could pose issues for governance and inclusivity.

Lil Nouns offers a unique Nouns series within the Nouns DAO, enabling voting and proposals. Interestingly, we also have an off-chain meta-governance framework in place.
While this setup grants us the ability to operate Nouns, the approval process is still manually controlled by sthe ame individual.
