Why:
It's originally his noun that he took a huge loss on in the fork. He stuck around regardless, providing some of the most based governance I've seen,  then settled and bought a new noun, and so I thought this could be an gesture of gratitude from us. You can always get honest, sound advice from this guy and he genuinely loves nouns. He should be holding this 🦓 imo. Also dismisses all thr "forkers are evil" bs. Cheers

U can put a poll in the channel asking the council to make a proposal for u and people can vote. @nekofar.eth shall we try change rules to only need 1 Lil noun to make a prop?

I've tried once, it didn't pass. But I think is 2 make more sense. Lils are really cheap. Like $70-100. 🤔
