Bought the https://madeincookware.com/ stainless steel pans a few weeks ago and have just been enjoying cooking a lot more. Anyone else have cooking tools that just making being in the kitchen more delightful?

Great choice! I have their carbon steel pan and love it. Pans definitely make a huge difference in the kitchen. I've also enjoyed my Chef's Press for getting a better crust when searing and my sous vide for some otherwise-impossible time and temp combos. Microplanes are always fun too!

Oh and this one sounds obvious but a decent instant-read thermometer. Cooking without one now feels like cooking in the dark!

Lost my instant read thermometer for a few days recently and felt completely lost! I’ve yet to try a Sous vide but really want to.

if you have a small cooler, you can use it and a ziplock bag as a hacky sous vide machine. because the cooler is insulated, it keeps the hot water at a steady temp. not as precise as a machine but a good way to get started https://www.seriouseats.com/cook-your-meat-in-a-beer-cooler-the-worlds-best-sous-vide-hack
