Great points! Here are some additions- 1. Degen needs more focus and clarity on the community and product roadmap angle. It seems to be a lot changes and speculation without a clear path. 2. We don’t have any systems in place that drive engagement other than tipping and the Degen channel posts. It relies heavily on Farcast for visibility. In a way you would need to bring more users on warpcast to have steady engagement and efforts. 3. No initiatives to attract or retain new users. There needs to be a widespread cultural shift. Eg: Maybe a notification when someone joins the channel so that users can make them feel welcome- people drive projects. It costs less to build a culture. 4. What other benefit can we provide by locking degen? We need to reduce outflow asap. This is an indicator of growth and decline. 5. Reduce exploitation. (this is better than before)

Majority are single here, and not by their choice. You’d have more luck creating an AI chatbot that helps them practice for a real date. Create a few out of the box scenarios to confuse and reject a few, set the rejection difficulty level to 98% so that the top 2% winners are listed on a leadership board as the most eligible singles in crypto. It’s not insensitive, it’s a perception which can also fall under many other reasons. Maybe there’s more in stake for them at the moment considering their personal responsibilities? or their strategy differs from yours? or they might be new investors? Do they know something you don’t? Do you know something they don’t that drives the alternate decision? Etc

We need to support new Degen members who are enthusiastic about its future and want to play a role. That’s how we grow. First impressions count, that’s what defines a good community. How do you identify new members, make them feel as though they’re a part of the movement and retain them? Can we become more welcoming to new users, which leads to more engagement, networking and connection to the project? P.S - I joined this app yesterday to track the Degen community and show support to creators in whatever way I can. Sadly, I’ve had 0 followers and 0 replies, not even a single like for any positive comments or words of appreciation. (Just received one, thank you kind stranger) This is a sad experience for many who don’t have a familiar network existing within. Am I wrong? If no, what can be done team?

Agreed, I’ve made more losses than profit for a while. But so has Amazon in the process of building something magnificent. Money will flow and each tip will be more valuable inevitably owing to price influx. Appreciate you leading this community and showing how great it is :) we need more believers. @jacek is like Atlas, holding the Degen world on his back. We’re with you, growing stronger and more resilient.
