Update to Warpcast Rewards for week of Jan 7 2025

- Rewards pool increased from $7,000 to $10,000
- New: add 1,500 points to your score by inviting someone to Farcaster
- Minor algo change to reward people for casting a bit more
- Tier 1-4 payouts increased
- Tier 5 has an +100 eligible winners (Top 400 -> Top 500)

Each week, the top 400 accounts with the highest scores receive USDC rewards.

Each week, the top 500 accounts with the highest scores receive USDC rewards.

Essentially, instead of the rewards being limited to the top 400, the pool has expanded to include 100 more accounts, rewarding the top 500.
