Thanks for the contructive feedback! Adding #1 and #4 to my to-do list right away. #2 is a bit more complicated and the PoolTogether community offers this off-app, but I'll look into it. One of the things I most enjoyed in my recent trip to Japan; the family-operated restaurants, cafes, shops, bars owned by a 1-2 friends who love bartending, the grandma with a sandwich shop only open on weekends. Everything is financially viable - seems like an impossible standard these days.
