aircon might be needed soon. it wasn't necessary a few years back since the hot months didn't last until it's cold again. it's common in offices though.

Got myself one of them portable ones. Cools a room just fine, but don't expect more than that. Still 100 times better than being slow cooked by my 800Watt Pc on a hot day
