starting friday, channels will require membership to cast or reply

when enabled, if someone mints time on your hypersub they’ll receive an automatic dc inviting them to become a channel member

hypersub-farcaster memberships are:
- onchain
- free, pay-what-you-want, or priced
- accept payments w/ crypto or credit card
- automatically add/remove members based on subscription status
