Bethel is great if you use next.js. What I use. And I’ve used Heroku for nodejs. Might look for an alternative next time though.

Yes, Vercel is great, and I’m also hosting my frontend projects using Next.js on it. However, I’m using a self-hosted Kubernetes to deploy other backend services because similar SaaS/PaaS like Heroku is too expensive.
