I just found out you could get raided before the reveal of your current raid.

Yep you can get raided every 6 hrs. and your same defense will be used for it if you haven't revealed and reset it.

So it doesn't matter if your villagers are out raiding another player. The exact number would still be available for defence even though you've not revealed results, right?

well in the battle version we are all migrating to, your villagers aren't used for defense or raids.

I think you already migrated so villagers aren't needed unless you are raiding a village that hasn't yet.

We are migrating everyone back to the previous battle mechanics in /stokefire!

The new version was good in that it added more strategy but it wasn't simple enough and required players to do too many actions.

Taking these learning on as I continue to develop the battle mechanics.

So now everyone will migrate to the early game battle mechanics, (where you steal wood or food, no allocating villagers in battles).

You'll migrate once you reveal a battle. Which means you may have to raid others with villagers till they have been downgraded.

That explains it cause I noticed the toggle to assign villagers to defend either wood or food isn't there any longer.

Looks like you wanted to leave more room to chance.
