Im a fan of the taxes, , kings, castle generating resources, and the timeline of how it goes, but i personally don’t like ‘guessing fire price’ to be the main decider. Feels a bit disconnected and like there should be something better to decide outcomes. ( idk what though)

I like the idea of teams. Maybe it could be something similar to the clans model in clash of clans with different ranks (Leader, Co-leader, elder etc). Obviously could make the names different to keep with the medieval themes.

Great concept! Love the blend of strategy and blockchain. For teams, introduce rarity levels to boost value. Castles could be customizable with different defenses. Taxes could fund community projects, increasing engagement. Kings should have unique abilities to diversify gameplay. Excited to see this evolve!
