Practice definitely helps. once you've seen certain things so many times you don't get caught up on them as much and it stops inhibiting the flow.

i started learning coding, and i think i can concentrate on that 2 hours or less until i start making very stupid mistakes and my brain just doesn't brain anymore. hope to survive this stage :)
