Where you'd kill off all your villagers so that you could go back to cheaper hut costs. Stack up on a ton of huts at a discount and then try to grow again from there.

Now...
hut cost = Max(Max(10, numHuts), 0.2 * villageScore)

so thats a ui issue. you actually don't have enough wood.
but the updated ui should show the right amount needed.
